I would have made the shamrock green... but this is a new take on rainbow cakes!

Actually, I think it is green. It appears to be what the old Pennsylvania Railroad called Brunswick Green. It was very dark and was often taken for black, especially on cloudy days.

That's way cute. It'd be better if it was bright green, I agree. But still way cool.

That's a very shrewd idea for a St. Patrick's day cake. I love that. Also, the side rainbows are very pretty. I see a hint of green in the shamrock too.
