Since this graphical presentation is unusually dark for its subject, I wonder if its enablers are trying to convey what Rainbow Brite truly stands for. Administrators and artists of this forum, are you making a statement about Rainbow Brite and her friends constantly fighting darkness and evil? I'm thinking that because the background's rainbow is veiled by a dark sky, it is symbolic of how Rainbow Brite never fails to apply her color to even the gloomiest situation. This thick, dull cover can't change the fact that the rainbow is bright and sparkling, which is why the rainbow still manages to display itself. No matter what Murky and Lurky do, they'll never get rid of the light and color of the world because brightness is just as powerful as darkness, and Rainbow Brite will always combat with equal strength.

Hmmm interesting theory! You know, maybe we really did put so much thought into picking this new board theme.
On the other hand .. it all might just be pure coincidence ;)

There's no doubt however that 'classic' Rainbow will always find a way to distribute colors in even the most darkest of places.
