2nd tape - Voice Actors needed NOW!!

With the release of the 1st tape being so close, I've already started translating the next one and will soon be accepting submissions of your voice recordings for the second story, which is called

RAINBOW BRITE (02) - and the horse starlite

First I would like to know who from the original cast would like to keep their role in the 2nd project, AND we also need a lot of new people to cover for the additional characters being introduced in this story (color kids etc!!)

Here's a list of all the characters we need voices for:

Narrator / Storyteller - Katy Cartee (confirmed)
Rainbow Brite - currently Tonia (not yet confirmed)
Twink / The Sun - Renee (confirmed)
Murky - Mike (confirmed)
Lurky - TheZorker (not yet confirmed)
Starlite - TheZorker (not yet confirmed)

Red Butler
Canary Yellow
Patty O Green
Buddy Blue
The Dark Shadow Lord

That is all of them. If you're interested in voicing any of these in the 2nd story (and possibly more in the future, there's 30 in total!!) then please send me a PM with a sample recording of your voice and state which role you're applying for. I will accept any .mp3 or .wav audio files as long as they are free from background noises, so please make sure you cover up your PC fan noise and no barking in the background I can send you a few sample lines from the story's transcript upon request. The full transcript will only be sent out to voice actors who take part in the project!!

Any questions please ask. This is a serious and demanding project and it'll take you considerably time and effort as well as a semi-good microphone and knowledge how to record your voice / submit files.

they are 100% "fan-made" tapes and in no way related to Hallmark or their licensees

I'd love to try for one of the voices. I'll have to get my mic working; I've been having trouble getting it installed, but I haven't exactly tried very hard. Lol. There are so few girl parts T-T So, either Canary or Patty.

Hmm... I suppose I could take a crack at something here.

About the Shadow Lord... this IS the same guy from "Beginning of RBland", right." Kinda curious if you planned on using a raw voice for him or would you want to put it through a couple filters for that extra-dimensional demonic feel? In those cases its usually best to have someone talk like normal rather than someone "trying" to do a voice. Let the filters do the hard work.
