Canadian Buddy Blue Doll?

Check out the differences between these two Buddy Blue dolls:

The taller one has an extra tag, and I've seen that in the past on Canadian dolls, so I think that's where he's from but I'm not sure. I didn't realize that the wrist and waist bands were different as well. Interesting!

I wish my dolls weren't in storage...now I'm curious which variation I have...lol
