Found this listing on ebay, is this from 2003? Or is it something that just came out?

cute, never seen them before. I would think it would be dried out if it was older. Interesting to find out if anyone knows though. Seems like there is always something new added to the collection.

I saw those and I think they are part of the panopoly of RB stuff that was part of Gen 3.

They are from Gen 3, but I completely missed out on them back then. I don't know where they were sold. You can see a couple of the cosmetic items listed here:

I guess someone finally found a bunch in a warehouse the way they've been selling them on Ebay lately.
