Nice intro, like the small talk between Buddy Blue and the obvious underchallenged Starlite! lol Also your wording is quite interesting, considering that english is not your first language you got very creative in describing things, you'd probably make a good translator for the story tapes too!

Your second part reminds me heavily of Miyazaki's latest anime Ponyo On The Cliff, but that's probably just because I've seen it not long ago, haha .. you were probably going a different direction with this tho, keep it up! :)

Btw. do you mean Bubi, or Buddy? ;)

Of course he is, tho you might want to call him by his english name in an english fanfic ;)

Ponyo On The Cliff is cute, a true children's movie and IMO outperforms Disney's recent Frog Princess by miles. But it's not quite as action-packed and mysterious as for example Spirited Away, one of my favorite Ghibli movies.
