This seems to be a large and friendly group.
As you can see, I've got my avatar up. I did not choose that image by accident. It's a tie-in with one of my other collections, that of Majorette (like Hot Wheels) vehicles. Majorettes were made in France from the 60's to the 90's and the production was moved to Thailand. The ones I collect are mostly 70's and 80's, so during the time of the original Rainbow Brite dolls.. I usually have some connection with the particular vehicle. Perhaps it was a car that I owned back then or one of my friends. I keep others just because I like the style of the car, truck or bus or have a soft spot for the make.
I use the same avatar on a forum devoted to Majorette vehicles.
